Stone Distillery

Exterior front.

This project featured the redevelopment and restoration of a five-storey century-old limestone and brick building located in the landmark Distillery District of Toronto. The $4.9M project was completed within 14 months. The historically designated facade was restored, including a complete overhaul of the original window and door systems. The existing timber structure, internal grain bins and conveyors were reconfigured to accommodate multiple tenant occupancy.
Throughout the project, Dalton ensured historic equipment and artifacts were salvaged for reuse or display. Several tenant fit-ups for offices, studios and gallery spaces were completed within the same schedule as the restoration.
