Little

Trinity

Church

The townhouses of Little Trinity Church–two brick buildings that face King St. West alongside the church–had fallen to disrepair. A complete renovation was in order, but the heritage value of the gorgeous Georgian facade needed to be retained and refurbished.

Dalton was up for the task. We worked with renowned Toronto-based architect DTAH to meticulously restore the pre-Confederation buildings, which has been honoured with an Award of Excellence twice

Where other construction managers may have chosen to fold up their tent and move on rather than face adversity, Dalton chose to roll up its sleeves, sit down with Little Trinity Church and resolve project issues collectively, utilizing the full strength of our entire team, in the best interest of the congregation of Little Trinity.”  - Little Trinity Church

All Saints

Anglican

Church

Following a devastating fire that destroyed All Saints Anglican Church in Whitby, On, Dalton was hired to lead an extensive effort to restore the heritage building, which included reinforcing the existing structure, building a new roof and reconstructing the building's interior. Dalton provided leadership for the entire project team, which included the insurer, congregation, consultants and trades, to ensure the Church was re-opened on schedule for Easter–a religious holiday synonymous with renewal.
