Project Details:

Dalton Works renovated the Mississaugua Golf and Country Club’s kitchen and servery to increase opertional capacity, revenue potential and reduce energy consumption with more efficient systems. Our team worked closely with The Club to plan and ocmplete the renovation in the Club's quieter off-season winter and early spring to minimize disruptions for members and ensure food and beverage service would be in full swing for the bust summer season.

Key aspectsof this plan involved constructing a temporary wall and limiting construction noise and visibility during the Club's buider times. We also managed the complex installation of kitchen equipment, which required opening the ceiling and placing HVAC and ventilation equipment on the Club’s roof.
