MODULAR CONSTRUCTION
Modular buildings can be built with the same high-performance energy efficiency as site-built buildings—including net zero. Construction processes can reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by more than 40%, and sustainable use of resources through effective waste reduction and a high level of building durability.
MATERIALS & RESOURCES
When project goals include minimizing environmental impact, new materials are selected to be as sustainable as possible, with long lifespans, durability and eco-friendly characteristics, right down to the carpet tiles made from recycled fishing nets and low VOC finishes.
We also intentionally hire local trades and skilled labourers to reduce the carbon footprint of the project.
