Dalton completed a major renovation and expansion at Bayview Golf and Country Club, adding a 4,600 sq. ft. two-storey wing with a new entrance, upgraded HVAC, and an elevator. The project also modernized the fitness centre, washrooms, and banquet hall, and improved electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems. Outdoors, Dalton built a 23,000 sq. ft. pool and terrace complex with a splash pad and outdoor dining, significantly elevating the club’s amenities.
