Dalton led a 15-year, $25-million transformation of CTV’s iconic 299 Queen St. W. and adjacent 260 Richmond St. W., reinventing Toronto’s top broadcast hub. From the original CP24 studios in 1997 to later executive and studio renovations, Dalton delivered complex upgrades in fully operational, occupied spaces. Our work modernized production, broadcast, and office facilities for flagship brands including BNN, CP24, MuchMusic, MTV, E-Talk, and CHUM Radio.
