Dalton partnered with Beth Tzedec Congregation and United Synagogue Day School to deliver a multi-year master plan, modernizing facilities and expanding program spaces. As Project and Construction Manager, Dalton transformed a youth chapel into a basketball gym by upgrading mechanical and electrical systems and re-roofing the space. The project’s complexity demanded a four-stage approach and showcased Dalton’s agility when a major structural retrofit was required mid-project.
