Dalton led construction activities to refurbish interior and exterior spaces at Cogir’s Venvi Don Mills Senior Apartments and Venvi Donway Place. Our team refreshed interior spaces, including a reimagined front entrance and lounge; updates to laundry rooms, a fitness room, a kitchenette and common area for residents; and new floors, wallpaper, and paint in hallways and vestibules.
