Cogir engaged Dalton as Construction Manager to enhance interior and exterior spaces at Venvi Leaside senior living residences located across two buildings in Toronto’s Don Mills neighbourhood. Dalton is in the final phase of a complex assignment to improve numerous lounges, eating areas and corridors; upgrade the facility’s entire mechanical system; and refurbish elements of the building’s exterior.
