Dalton was hired by Forest Ridge as the Construction Manager for a $20 million renovation of their eight-story medical services building located at 240 Duncan Mill Rd. in Toronto. The project aimed to implement comprehensive upgrades, including a complete mechanical system overhaul, renewal of the building envelope, renovation of the parking garage structure, electrical system upgrades, and enhancements to life safety systems, all designed to create a modern, energy-efficient property. Since the building was occupied, it was essential to avoid disrupting the tenants' daily business operations. Dalton successfully completed the extensive work while keeping the building fully operational throughout the construction process.
