Dalton is building a state-of-the-art dog boarding and quarantine facility along with multiple other support structures to support the operations of the neighbouring Dog Tales Rescue & Sanctuary and King Animal Hospital.
The Dog Boarding Facility located in King City is a unique, purpose-built project. The octagon-shaped building features four wings, known as dog pods, each housing ten dog runs with in-floor heating and gated outdoor turf areas. To ensure occupant comfort and functionality, the facility includes two kitchens, a medical exam room, and a public grooming area located on the second floor. The building incorporates high-end finishes throughout, including Italian terrazzo wall finishes in the kennels and patterned tile in the basement. Designed with a strong commitment to animal welfare, the project reflects meticulous attention to detail and thoughtful design at every level.
