Dalton is providing comprehensive Construction Management Services for the King Animal Hospital to convert and renovate its current equine arena into surgical suites and other facilities to enhance and expand the hospital’s mission to provide the most compassionate animal care possible.

We will leverage our previous success collaborating with King Animal Hospital and key members of its consulting team, Project Manager FIKO Projects and Cumulus Architects, to deliver the interior fit out of the existing building to deliver a new functional program for the hospital.

New spaces will include exam rooms, equine areas, medical facilities, additional storage, mechanical/electrical rooms, a new addition for entrance stairs, relocated equine stalls and other renovated spaces.
