Mad River Golf Club, located in Creemore, ON, engaged Dalton as project and construction manager to replace its clubhouse. Dalton oversaw the demolition and construction of the new 11,170 sq. ft. facility within an ambitious 8-month schedule, leading a team of consultants and both local and Toronto-based trades. Throughout the project, Dalton prioritized environmental stewardship, preserving the site's soil, water, and wildlife. The team implemented an Earth Energy System (EES) to provide sustainable heating and cooling. Dalton also led the evaluation of all mechanical and electrical systems and played a key role in obtaining Ministry of Environment approvals.
