Dalton oversaw the significant renovation of Markland Wood Golf Club’s 26,000 sq. ft. clubhouse and managed the construction of a 12,000 sq. ft. addition. The upgraded facilities featured a new kitchen, modern locker rooms, banquet rooms, offices, and washrooms. Alterations to the existing façade and roof profile provided the clubhouse with a fresh, contemporary appearance. To minimize disruption to club activities, the extensive project was executed in two phases: first the downstairs locker rooms, then the remainder of the clubhouse.
