In fall 2015, Dalton partnered with Mayfair Lakeshore to transform its fitness centre into a world-class facility. We acted as both the project and construction manager for the $2.8 million project, which was completed in two phases. The scope of work involved removing the existing floor slab and replacing it with a new structurally reinforced concrete floor. The gymnasium areas were rebuilt within the original 26,000 sq. ft. facility. Extraordinary precaution was taken to maintain the health and safety of members and staff using the facilities while construction took place.
