Dalton led the renovation of the men’s and women’s locker rooms at Mayfair Toronto Parkway, a full-service health club in Markham, following fire damage.

Covering 8,500 square feet, the locker rooms feature showers, whirlpools, saunas, steam rooms, lockers, changing areas, and restrooms.

Our expertise in constructing luxury locker room facilities and handling fire and water damage allowed us to effectively lead the project while the club remained operational, prioritizing minimal disruption and health and safety.
