Dalton led the renovation of The Toronto Oratory’s Seminary located in the West End. The goal of the project was to transform existing residential units into improved living and working spaces for students. This involved the design, procurement, and installation of structural steel as well as new site services at the back of the existing building.

The project included demolishing the current structure at the corner of King St. West and Dunn Avenue to construct a new three-story residence that would provide 16 bedrooms for students, along with bathrooms, classrooms, a chapel, a sacristy, and various recreational spaces for the residents. Additionally, an interior renovation of the adjacent building was completed, with accessible connections established between the two. Throughout the construction process, the facility remained operational.
