Dalton was hired by Quadrangle Architects and Crown Property Management to renovate 901 King St. W. The exterior of the Mix One Theatre was built by increasing the existing building's ceiling height to create a 24 ft. floor-to-ceiling space . Our project team also renovated a 15,000 sq. ft. 7th-floor office space into a new studio. We collaborated with the award-winning architect, Quadrangle, to increase ceiling height, create open air meeting spaces, install glass walls and build a galley style kitchen.
