A $7 million renovation and restoration of the Royal Canadian Yacht Club’s City Clubhouse in downtown Toronto and its Island Clubhouse on Toronto Island. Dalton enhanced several areas of the RCYC’s City Clubhouse, including: changerooms, dining lounge, main foyer and entryway finishes, pool, exterior fencing and windows.
