Sherwood Heights School opened in 1989 as a K-12 independent school in Mississauga, ON, with 18 students and three staff members. It has since grown to over 500 students across two campuses.

To support this growth, a three-storey addition was constructed, featuring new computer and science labs, art and music rooms, an atrium, and a kitchen. This expansion enhances the school’s ability to provide engaging and innovative learning environments.

Dalton led the construction of the expansion in collaboration with Stark Architects and a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the project was completed on time and within budget. Maintaining health and safety for students and staff during construction was a top priority, requiring constant communication between our Site Manager and the school’s senior team.
