This collaborative project, involving Soulpepper Theatre Company and George Brown College, features over 45,000 square feet of theaters, studios, and classrooms. It includes alterations, additions, and infills of two historically designated Tankhouses located in the Gooderham & Worts Distillery District in Toronto. These modifications unify the two buildings into a single, multi-purpose facility. Dalton managed the entire building services scope and provided staging, rigging, performance wiring, and seating during the construction phase.
