A $4.2M adaptive reuse of the historic Canada Bread building into a modern, creative workspace that included 250 workspaces, a 40-seat theatre, soundproof editing rooms, an IT area, two kitchens and two lounges. Dalton recast the interior of the old bakery into an open space environment with natural lighting to create a subdued, work-friendly atmosphere. Dalton collaborated with theatre and A/V vendors to successfully integrate specialty equipment, working with acoustic and sound engineers to build the theatre according to Stereo D's demanding specifications.
