Stone Distillery
Office and Studio Conversion
The Stone Distillery project involved the redevelopment and restoration of a century-old limestone and brick building located in Toronto's historic Distillery District. This $4.9 million project was completed within 14 months. The building's historically designated facade was carefully restored, which included a complete overhaul of the original windows and doors. Additionally, the existing timber structure, along with the internal grain bins and conveyors, was reconfigured to allow for multiple tenants.
