Dalton oversaw the interior renovation of several suites in the Hullmark Centre, located at Yonge and Sheppard. The renovation included the design and fit-out of boardrooms, a kitchen, secure legal storage, and legal offices. A standout feature of this project was the installation of a specialty glazing system, which contributed to a modern, industrial aesthetic.

Dalton completed this project at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, implementing health measures including personal protective equipment (PPE), COVID-19 screening procedures, and effective site coordination.
