Established in 1912, Summit Golf and Country Club stands as a proud and historic landmark in Richmond Hill, ON. In an effort to modernize its time-honoured clubhouse, The Club engaged Dalton as project and construction manager to provide guidance with defining goals and understanding and evaluating best options to enhance its offerings to members.

In this capacity, Dalton led The Club through a master planning process—in close collaboration with Hossack Associates Architects—that provided a comprehensive understanding of its facilities/property and informed the enhancements that best suited the Clubs needs, with careful consideration to preserving the building’s historical significance.

Now in construction phase, the clubhouse renovation and addition project has been carefully planned as a multi-phased effort that will ultimately deliver improvements to the kitchen, dining area, women and men’s locker rooms, common areas and administration spaces.
