The Albany Club— a historic members club formed in 1882— partnered with Dalton to complete renovations to the heritage building in Downtown Toronto. Dalton renovated the Member Suites on the third floor blending contemporary finishes with the Club's neo-classical style. Since relocating to King Street East in 1898, there were many challenges to navigate a building of this age. The project also included renovations to the basement and second floor washrooms.
