Dalton led the rebuild of The Badminton & Racquet Club of Toronto after the building was partially destroyed by a fire. The success of this 35,000- square-foot, $18M rebuild project required extensive pre-construction planning to understand how to gain access to an extremely tight construction site off St. Clair Ave W., whilst balancing the need for staff occupancy and phasing of spaces and shared access to the Club during the construction. The high-end finishes, materials and craftmanship featured in the Club's new facilities showcase Dalton's commitment to maintaining stringent quality control and effectively managing on-site trade performance.
