Dalton oversaw major interior renovations to Roy Tomson Hall to create new spaces for the Maestro Lounge and a new multipurpose Rehearsal Hall while maintaining the ongoing operations of Roy Thomson Hall. Dalton was responsible for infilling the existing building with a new floor to create the Maestro Lounge. Dalton took a phased approach to completing this project in two stages. This project won the 2004 Canadian Interiors Best of Canada Award.
