Located near Queen’s University campus in Kingston, ON, this 7,400 square-foot new build project features eight living units—four studio spaces and four one-bedroom apartments—along with a ground floor retail space. Dalton provided leadership on behalf of Fifth Field by working collaboratively with a large, multi-disciplinary project. Fifth Field placed a strong emphasis on sustainability into the design of the building. Our team subsequently installed a geothermal heating system and insulation into the building envelope that exceeded building code standards.
