Leo Baeck Day School—a JK to Grade 8 Jewish day school located in North Toronto—is expanding its facilities to accommodate continued growth and a student population that currently stands at over 600. The school selected The Dalton Company as Construction Manager to build a new, two-storey addition and renovations to existing spaces.

We are leading a team that will ultimately create purpose-built areas for learning, activity and interactions, including technology and innovation, a modernized Library, an enlarged Art Studio, a contemporary Student Resource Centre, a Junior Gym, and a Dining Hall. We are carefully planning construction activities to ensure maximum safety and minimal disruption to our students and families while school is in session. 10,000 square foot two-storey addition to the north side of the building as well as renovations being done to certain spaces throughout the school. Construction is expected to be completed by Fall 2027.
