Dalton partnered with The Toronto Lawn Tennis Club to complete numerous projects throughout 2010 to 2017. This includes construction management services to upgrade its ladies locker rooms, men's locker rooms, indoor tennis courts, swimming pool, administrative offices, fitness centre, group exercise facility and wellness centre. Dalton also provided construction planning and cost estimating services on a proposed $18 million clubhouse redesign.
