Master Plan Execution

Dalton managed the construction of several projects totaling $19.2 million. This collaboration helped the school develop a Master Plan program that phased renovations over multiple summers, minimizing disruption for UCC students and staff. The projects encompassed renovations to the Wedd and Seaton boarding houses, as well as the South and East Wing facilities, all of which are historic buildings that pose unique challenges during renovations. Dalton's scope of work included comprehensive interior renovations for existing classrooms, offices, and dormitories, along with the replacement of HVAC systems, windows, and lighting.
