Dalton worked with Weston Golf & Country Club for several years on a complete renovation of all buildings and infrastructure as both Project Manager and Construction Manager. After managing and presenting a $11.5M Master Plan that was approved by the Club's membership, Dalton planned and managed $8.3M renovations, additions and a new-build over multiple phases: Phase 1: Outdoor Terrace & Members Lounge, Phase 2: Roof Replacement, Phase 3: Locker Room Renovations, Phase 4: Front Entrance & Kitchen, Phase 5: Pro Shop, Phase 6: Landscaping/Parking. Construction was phased over a six-year period to reduce impact of the improvements to Club members using Weston's facilities.
