Dalton was hired by Zoomermedia to build new facilities to house all operations within one campus of what was formerly the space utilized by Chorus Entertainment and YTV prior to their relocation. The renovations involved connecting 4 (West Wing Museum, North Wing, South Building, West Wing) buildings that, upon completion, included all television, radio, and administrative personnel. The critical aspect of this project was relocating building functions and employees from locations scattered around the GTA.
