In his capacity as Dalton's Chief Executive Office, Andrew is committed to establishing the goals, objectives and values that chart the long-term direction of the company. Key results based on client feedback and Real Project Issues are monitored regularly by Andrew to make certain that all Dalton teams are aligned with each project’s Definition of Success.
Under his leadership, Andrew provides the mentorship and guidance necessary to ensure all teams are performing with integrity, commitment, accountability, responsibility and experience.
Andrew is actively involved in creating strong client relationships and helping clients find the best building solutions to meet their specific needs and increase their opportunities for a successful project.
He supports Dalton’s project teams in their pursuit to achieve high-quality standards and client satisfaction scores measured against project vital signs that exemplify Dalton's Alternative Approach to Building.
He is a long-standing executive member of the General Contractors’ Association of Toronto (GCAT) and past Chairman of the General Contractors Section of The Toronto Construction Association.
Andrew is a graduate of St. Andrew’s College and the University of Toronto. Andrew has also been actively involved with Independent School governance and education both as a Board Member at St. Andrew’s College and past Chairman of Sterling Hall School. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional.
