With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Jason brings extensive expertise across a diverse range of projects, including large-scale interior renovations, additions, ground-up commercial and industrial developments, and high-rise construction.

Throughout his career, Jason has held progressive leadership roles, including Senior Site Superintendent and Senior Project Manager, where he built a reputation for delivering complex projects with a strong focus on quality, collaboration, and client satisfaction.

As Director of Construction at Dalton, Jason provides strategic leadership across all phases of project delivery. He oversees planning, resource allocation, and issue resolution while ensuring projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Jason also plays a key role in business development, working closely with new and existing clients to evaluate opportunities, develop project strategies, and build lasting relationships.
