As Director of Construction, Jeff leverages his 35-plus years of experience in the building industry to support Dalton project teams with strategic planning, issue resolution and resource allocation. Jeff is a highly organized and effective communicator with unparalleled expertise and leadership in complex project management.

Known for his meticulous attention to detail and exceptional coordination skills, Jeff ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. His clear and concise communication fosters strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution and successful outcomes.

Jeff provides leadership through effective development of client and trade partner relationships, cost reduction initiatives, process analysis, and cross-functional team coordination.

Jeff is a graduate of the Rotman School of Management and Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering at the University of Toronto. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario and a LEED Green Associate.
