Contracts Don't Manage Our Clients' Projects, Our People Do

As President, Randy leverages his extensive experience managing high profile and complex projects requiring expertise, attention to detail and the ability to adapt to the unique needs of each client.

Randy serves as Principal-In-Charge on numerous projects. Randy plays an instrumental role in Dalton’s Business Development efforts securing new assignments through Dalton’s network, identifying prospective clients, and cultivating existing relationships.

Randy is a member of the Toronto Construction Association and the Ontario General Contractors Association.
He has been an active volunteer with the Canadian Cancer Society for decades and a past Board Member of Prostrate Cancer Canada. He is the past Vice Chair of the Toronto Arts Council Foundation and former member of the ArtsBuild Ontario's Board of Directors, as well as past President of the University Club of Toronto.

Randy is a graduate of Upper Canada College and Queens University.
