A Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS), Ravi has 40 years of experience in the building industry. Ravi plays an integral role in Dalton’s day-to-day operations through his significant expertise in cost management, financial strategy, and trade partner relations. Ravi’s skillset addresses all aspects of estimating for construction and project management, overseeing cost control, procurement strategies, and risk management across multiple projects to ensure budget adherence.

He is responsible for providing technical, estimating and cost control advice as the leader of Dalton's in-house QS Department for all pre-construction requirements. He is also the driving force behind Dalton's unique Trade Relations Program. Ravi’s strengths include developing conceptual estimates, critical path scheduling, developing cash flow requirements from preliminary drawings and specifications, and conducting value engineering assemblies to capture cost savings.

Ravi is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and the Ontario Institute of Quantity Surveyors. He has a Gold Seal Certification.
