Cogir Senior Living engaged Dalton as Construction Manager to enhance interior and exterior spaces at three Cogir residences in Toronto: Venvi Leaside, Venvi Don Mills Senior Apartments and Venvi Donway Place.

At Venvi Leaside’s facilities, which are located across two buildings, Dalton is in the final phase of a complex assignment to improve numerous lounges, eating areas and corridors; upgrade the facility’s entire mechanical system; and refurbish elements of the building’s exterior.

For Venvi Don Mills Senior Apartments and Venvi Donway Place, our team refreshed interior spaces, including a reimagined front entrance and lounge; updates to laundry rooms, a fitness room, a kitchenette and common area for residents; and new floors, wallpaper, and paint in hallways and vestibules.

Providing constant, timely updates to residents and staff throughout the construction period was a key responsibility for our project team. This effort included a construction progress update at monthly Town Hall Meetings.
