Progress continues at the Sherwood Heights School Expansion as the project team wraps up mechanical rough-ins and drywall installation, paving the way for interior finishes to begin in July and continue through the summer.

Demolition of the existing windows in the new atrium has begun, as new windows are necessary to meet fire codes associated with the expansion.
Site service work will begin this month, with the goal of completing this milestone by the time students return from summer vacation.
On the exterior of the building, our team successfully installed masonry veneer on the east elevation.
Ensuring the health and safety of students, staff, and visitors in the adjacent building—a fully operating private school with approximately 500 students—remains a top priority for Dalton's team. Sam Catricala, Dalton's Site Manager, maintains constant communication with the school's senior leadership to ensure that construction activities do not interfere with school operations.
For example, in June, our team made accommodations to allow the school’s graduation ceremony, which involved offsetting planned work to take place after hours or on weekends.
