The Summit Golf Club Clubhouse Renovation & Addition achieved a milestone with the erection of steel beams and installation of the core slab floor for the new addition, which will house the Club’s new commercial kitchen and the reinstatement of the men’s locker room.

To build the new addition, select areas of the clubhouse were demolished, and a new foundation system was installed. Structural beams were erected and fitted together, and the hollow-core, precast concrete panels were then carefully hoisted into place by a mobile crane. Workers then installed the steel roof joists, followed by the roof truss framing.
With the skeleton of the addition now complete, our team can move on to assembling the building's exterior elements. Inside the existing clubhouse, renovations are well underway in the dining area, women's locker rooms, common areas and administration spaces. Completion date of the project is targeted for Fall 2026.
