The Young Centre for the Performing Arts was completed in two stages to meet the Owner's desired completion dates, established one year before completion. This joint venture ownership between Soulpepper Theatre Co. and George Brown College boasts over 45,000 sq. ft. of theatres, studios and classrooms.
This project comprises alterations, additions, and infill of two historically designated Tankhouses in the Gooderham & Worts Distillery District in Toronto. These alterations and additions join the two buildings into one multi-purpose facility. Dalton managed the entire scope of building services and provided staging, rigging, performance wiring, and seating in the construction phase.
