Andrew Dalton | Chief Executive Officer
As Dalton's Chief Executive Officer, Andrew is committed to the vigorous pursuit of the company's vision and high standards.
Andrew is actively involved in creating strong client relationships and helping clients find the best building solutions to meet their specific needs and increase their opportunities for a successful project.
Andrew has been actively involved with Independent School governance and education both as a parent and as a Board member at St. Andrew’s College and past Chairman of Sterling Hall School.
A graduate of St. Andrew's College and the University of Toronto,
Andrew is a member of The Advisory Board for the Ontario General Contractor’s Association (OGCA).

Randy Dalton | President
Randy possesses a complete knowledge of site operations and the management expertise to ensure that construction of projects are efficiently and effectively executed. Randy has had a vast amount of experience in managing high profile and complex projects which require attention to detail and the unique needs of the various owners. Randy is Dalton's Private Club sector leader, serving as Principal-In-Charge on numerous projects
With a mandate to help his firm stand apart in the building industry, Randy also brings this commitment to his position on the ArtsBuild Ontario’s Board of Directors and Prostate Cancer Canada. Through strong communications and decisive leadership, he is dedicated to finding new ways to improve on customer satisfaction and trust.
A graduate of Upper Canada College and Queens University, Randy is a member of the Toronto Construction Association and the Ontario General Contractors Association.
Harris Cooper | Chief Financial Officer
As a Chartered Accountant and member of the senior management team, Harris brings to Dalton over 35 years of experience managing finance and accounting across a diverse group of companies in the consulting, manufacturing, high technology, retail and agricultural industries.
Harris is committed to the continued development of the finance and accounting function into a results oriented and key value added organizational component. With a strong focus on quality and sound business ethics he understands the need for the finance group to be a key member of the project team in delivering The Dalton Company’s alternative approach to building.
Harris is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and a graduate of Carleton University.
Ravi Rajpal | VP, Quantity Surveying
A Professional Quantity Surveyor (QS), Ravi has over 30 years of experience in the building industry. Ravi’s skillset addresses all aspects of estimating for construction and project management, design build, and lump sum tendering.
He is responsible for providing technical, estimating and cost control advice as the leader of Dalton's in-house QS Department with full disclosure for all pre-construction requirements. He is also the driving force behind Dalton's unique Trade Relations Program. Ravi’s strengths include developing conceptual estimates, critical path scheduling, developing cash flow requirements from preliminary drawings and specifications, and conducting value engineering assemblies to capture cost savings.
Ravi is a member of the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and the Ontario Institute of Quantity Surveyors. He has a Gold Seal Certification.

Jeff Pearson | Senior Advisor, Project Management
Jeff is Senior Advisor, Project Management at Dalton responsible for ensuring quality and consistency as a trusted advisor for our teams and a project manager of some of our most challenging projects. These projects include the Badminton & Racquet Club of Toronto, Royal Canadian Yacht Club and St. Andrew's College. Jeff provides leadership through effective development of client and trade partner relationships, cost reduction initiatives, process analysis, and cross-functional team coordination
Jeff has an MBA from the Rotman School of Management and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto. He boasts over 25 years of experience in the building industry.

Jason Judson | Director, Project Development
Jason is a Director, Project Development with over 20 years of construction project management experience. A highly effective communicator and practical problem solver, Jason is Dalton's Academic sector expert backed by his project management experience delivering projects for St. Andrew's College, Sterling Hall School and Upper Canada College.
Jason has a B.Sc. Honors degree in Surveying, is a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors is a Prince2 Practitioner and has studied as a Project Management Professional.
